Apartment rents rose by $2 to $1,412 as summer winded down, according to August data recently released by Yardi® Matrix. The increase was a 3 percent rise year-over-year.
The areas with the most growth were Orlando, Fla.; Las Vegas, Nev.; California’s Inland Empire; Phoenix, Ariz.; and Tampa, Fla., according to Yardi.
