Move, Inc. and American Moving and Storage Association Launch New Web Tool

RISMEDIA, March 27, 2007-Move, Inc., a media leader in when, where and how to move has aligned with the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA), a non profit trade association with more than 3,500 professional mover members, to announce a new Web application tool that directs consumers seeking professional mover services to AMSA's extensive professional mover members.

The exclusive joint marketing initiative will feature the industry expertise of AMSA to Move's wide array of products and services focused on helping consumers find, move into and enjoy their new home.

"We are committed to providing consumers with high-quality information that will reduce the time, cost and stress of the move process," said Prem Luthra, senior vice president of Move's Consumer Media Services division. "The new Web tool is key to building the Move.com site helping to ensure that consumers will have the best move experience possible."

Consumers can click through the site to be matched with AMSA professional movers who have been pre-screened for all licensing and insurance requirements. As a key added benefit, AMSA stands behind its services by providing consumers with a way to resolve issues that may occur through AMSA's unique Arbitration Program.

"Our members are professional interstate moving companies who are dedicated to making the move process successful every step of the way," states Joe Harrison, president of AMSA. "Our partnership with Move, Inc. will bring exposure to our members and our association, and most importantly provide Move's consumers with a better moving experience."

Move will oversee this co-branded program by developing, hosting and operating the new online tool on the Moving Channel at www.move.com.
