Blossoming Spring Ahead for Intero Real Estate

April 12, 2007, 1 am
Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, April 12, 2007-Spring has been productive for Intero Real Estate Services, of LA County. In March, Intero announced the opening of its seminal office in the region, located in Woodland Hills, with the promise by regional Chief Executive Ron Ario that many more would follow. Ario also made another announcement for the company: three of San Fernando Valley's top producing agents and managers, Ira Morsh, Dave Proctor and Cye Morsh, who are former co-owners of the Keller Williams Realty in Northridge, will be joining the Intero team.

"This is an exciting development for us," said Ario. "Ira, David and Cye have represented high end real estate in the San Fernando Valley for decades. Having them join our team shows that we're out to be a major player in this market."

Ira Morsh comes to Intero after leaving Keller Williams Northridge in March. He's been a broker in the region since 1990. Along with great enthusiasm to help grow Intero in LA, Morsh brings his expertise in income property transactions and land entitlements. His work in assisting individuals and developers to find and acquire properties for specific land use and development projects has made him one of the top agents in the San Fernando Valley. Prior to Keller Williams, Morsh served as the broker of record for Coldwell Banker, Granada Hills from 2003 to 2005. Before entering real estate, he enjoyed a long, successful career in sales, management and marketing. He graduated from Kansas University with master's degree in industrial technology in 1970 and then went on to serve as the Department Head, Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of the biggest cane sugar industry in the world (with over 21,000 employees) from 1970 to 1986. Ira has also been an importer/exporter of industrial machineries since 1970.

Dave Proctor (better known as Mr. Porter Ranch) has lived in the Porter Ranch and Northridge area for 40 years. He graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in communications and emphasis in sales & marketing. Formerly an owner and estate agent for Keller Williams Realty in Northridge, Proctor has been a consistent top area producer for more than 12 years. Throughout his career, he's been ranked among the Top percentile of agents nationwide and has consistently been named Top Producer, Top Dollar Volume Producer, Top Combined Dollar Volume Producer, Multi-Million Dollar Producer, and Top Listing and Sales for his office. Proctor specializes in executive, luxury and investment homes and estates in the Porter Ranch, Northridge, San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley and Santa Clarita Valley regions.

Cye Morsh is known as one of LA County's top agents. He specializes in residential real estate in the Porter Ranch, Northridge, Granada Hills, Chatsworth, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Woodland Hills, Studio City and San Fernando Valley areas. Prior to joining Intero, Morsh was co-owner of the successful Keller Williams Realty in Northridge. He is widely respected among clients and peers for his honesty, loyalty, professionalism and sincere devotion to serving buyers and sellers throughout the San Fernando Valley. Morsh has received numerous awards for his sales achievements in real estate, including being named the #1 Listing Agent for 2005 and 2006 with Keller Williams Realty in Northridge and ranking as the #3 Agent in Los Angeles County among more than 1,500 realtors. Morsh has also been named the #1 Agent for RE/MAX Greater Valley and Coldwell Banker in Granada Hills for four straight years.
