Innovation and New Offices, The Key Ingredients to Avalar’s Growth

RISMEDIA, April 13, 2007-With programs tailored to agents' and brokers' success, Avalar recently has seen a surge of new offices and agents as well as concepts in how to market their business and serve their customer.

Taking from the trend of coffee houses with wireless Internet access, not to mention the growing trend of home buyers starting their search online, Roger Sturgell, general manager and partner at Avalar Real Estate Associates in Austin, Texas has opened his new office as "Austin's First Real Estate Internet Coffeehouse."

All who enter the Real Estate Coffeehouse are offered a cup of coffee from a premium selection and then led to a computer where they are able, with the help of a friendly agent to browse homes on the web.

According to Sturgell, "Statistics show that over 80 percent of all house hunters begin their search for a home independently on the Internet, and we see many of them on their laptops in coffee shops with wireless connections. In our office home hunters can still do their own searches and have their cup of coffee, but also have the expertise of an office of Realtors who can help guide their search or show them selected homes."

Sturgell opened the first Avalar Real Estate and Mortgage franchise office in Austin and the state of Texas in 2004. He later went on to open his newest office in December of 2006, with the coffee house concept in mind. So far the concept is a success, according to Sturgell, set in a bustling shopping center with beautiful store front and interiors to remind one more of the relaxed atmosphere of a neighborhood coffee shop than a real estate office.

In addition to the innovation that is among its members, Avalar welcomes Avalar RK Real Estate and Mortgage Network in Roseville, California. Owner Ray Mohan of Roseville, California stated regarding Ray's and his wife Kim's decision to join, "When you hear a great idea, you are eager to share it. When you are told about a great business opportunity you are hopeful that you might take part in it. With Avalar you can do both. Share the opportunity with others and your rewards grow accordingly. Witness their excitement as they tell others and again you are rewarded. We were excited that with Avalar we would have the opportunity to grow as we watched and helped others grow with us. It was the easiest decision we have ever made."

Ray and his wife have been in the real estate industry for twelve years and have been in business for themselves for the past six. Ray says, what attracted him most to Avalar was the patented revenue sharing program Path to Success®. According to Ray, "the list goes on and on." He also stated, however that he saw Avalar's revenue sharing program a great retirement benefit and a recruitment tool to help grow his business.

Nationally Avalar has offices in 17 states including Texas, California and Florida and was named the fastest growing real estate franchise in the United State by REALTOR® Magazine in 2006.
