According to the company, this dynamic, powerful and custom property search tool provides satellite images and birds-eye views of listings in most markets and detailed property previews with photos. In addition to property matches of interest, the map also displays separate icons for nearby schools and Prudential offices.
"Mapping has become a crucial element on any real estate Web site. Consumers and agents alike frequently map listings to determine their location or get driving directions," said Scott Kucirek, general manager of Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty. "Every listing in the search will be represented by an icon on the map which the user can point on to bring up a small window about that listing."
Dynamic home tours are also now available for Prudential listings. The home tour is an animated, professional home show designed to market properties. Each home show allows an unlimited number of photos and completely customizable property descriptions, allowing for maximum property exposure.
Consumers can find a multitude of other valuable tools including neighborhood info, school test scores, home valuation data, financial calculators, free relocation guides for different areas, mortgage rates, weather forecasts and much more.
