RISMEDIA, May 16, 2007-Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors, increased its presence in the Great Lakes region with the openings of its first two affiliates in Minnesota, located in Anoka and Eagan. Weichert also added franchise offices on both coasts, in Lake Forest, California, and Dover, New Hampshire, and opened its first affiliate in Boston, Massachusetts.

WEICHERT, REALTORS – Premier Team, Lake Forest, Calif. Hugh Elder is the broker/owner of Weichert’s first franchise office in Orange County and the seventh in the Golden State.
WEICHERT, REALTORS – GK Realty, Dover, N.H. A family-owned firm established more than 30 years ago, Weichert’s second franchised office in New Hampshire is owned by the daughter/father team of Gaye Dean and Gregorios Koutrelakos. Dean is the broker of record.
WEICHERT, REALTORS – Copley Real Estate, Boston, Mass. Broker Geoffrey Reynolds is the owner of Weichert’s first franchise in Boston proper and the 16th in the Bay State.
WEICHERT, REALTORS – Northstar Associates, Eagan, Minn. Serving the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area, the first Weichert franchise in Minnesota is owned by James Yacoub, Dan Seidel, and Matt Boulos. Yacoub is broker of record.
