DoDocks.com Launches ‘New Look’ at Mid Year NAR Convention

RISMEDIA, June 6, 2007-DoDocks.com, a search engine for navigable waterfront property or dockageworldwide, goes beyond looking for a house by its amenities; in fact, it’s a patent pending backwards search. A Realtor can search by the length of the boat, distance to major body of water, existing dockage, water depth, above-water clearance, and a multitude of special waterfront features that no other Web site has.

DoDocks.com strives to showcase Realtors and their properties by making sure all advertised listings have complete and accurate dockage information and maps so that there is no frustration looking at homes that cannot accommodate a client’s boat. These listings are sent out to millions of boaters globally, according to the company, making a very powerful marketing tool on a listing presentation.

Their free waterfront specialist directory was designed to make it easy for boaters to find Realtors that are experts in waterfront real estate. It was also designed to help Realtors connect with other Realtors to develop a referral network in this specialized niche. DoDocks will also offer its own referrals to specialists in their directory for a 20% fee with 2% being donated to Habitat for Humanity or a special needs situation thru the Red Cross.

DoDocks understands the need for Realtors to be able to target their listing to this unique market inexpensively. The introductory offer to advertise a listing on DoDocks is $9.97 per month with a three month minimum making it affordable to almost anyone in the industry.

Realtors can also showcase themselves in a banner ad or feature property spots at a cost of $97 for three months. Classified listings are also available starting at $9.97 per month. DoDock’s advertising campaign is 80% Internet-based with the balance divided between Boat Shows and Trade magazines.
