Prudential Arizona Properties Demonstrates Success in Converting Web ‘Surfers’ to Buyers

RISMEDIA, July 19, 2007—With an estimated 80% of home buyers nationwide starting their home pursuit on the Internet, capturing online referrals is essential for today’s real estate brokerages.  

Director of eCommerce for Prudential Arizona Properties Chris Heagerty and her support team take a leading position in the Prudential Real Estate network when it comes to converting online “surfers” to actual buyers.  The success ranks Prudential Arizona Properties #1 among 2,100 Prudential Real Estate Affiliate offices throughout North America.  The buyer statistics are based on Internet referrals generated by an exclusive partnership between Prudential Real Estate and Yahoo.com.

Heagerty credits in-depth and ongoing eCommerce training offered by the company for the conversion success that Prudential Arizona Properties enjoys with the online real estate shopper.

The Yahoo/Prudential alliance brings to Prudential Arizona Properties’ home sellers access to the Online Seller Advantage program (OSA) which provides more exposure to home buyers.  Each of Prudential Arizona Properties listings that are in the OSA program receive a Yahoo yard sign rider with a unique number that home buyers can use on Yahoo.com to get detailed information on the listing.  OSA also provides sellers real time information about market conditions and consumers looking in the area.
