Consumer Demand in Slow Housing Market Propels AgencyLogic PowerSites to Record Growth

RISMEDIA, July 20, 2007—AgencyLogic, a real estate industry provider of single property Web sites in North America, announced record growth of their PowerSite product for the second successive quarter.
 
Several key indicators, including new client acquisition, revenue and number of PowerSites sold broke previous records. The most significant growth was seen in the number of new clients generated by affiliates, which grew by 325%. The number of new clients from non-affiliate sources grew 151% and the number of PowerSites sold doubled second quarter versus first. Revenues overall increased 57%.
 
With over $6 billion in combined property values being marketed with PowerSites, and increased corporate interest in the use of a Web site for a single property, PowerSites have become an integral tool for savvy Realtors.
 
Although the AgencyLogic PowerSite product is geared towards Realtors, an increase in demand from sellers for more sophisticated Internet marketing has added significant momentum.  In this competitive market, homeowners expect to see Realtors doing more to earn their fee, says the company. As a result, Realtors are looking to distinguish their services from the competition by using single property Web sites. 

According to the company, these sites impress sellers because their property is the focus. Buyers appreciate the level of detail and information they provide (including up to 100 large photos, unlimited text, documents and more) and Realtors benefit because they are an easy, affordable way to get more exposure online where eight out of 10 buyers are searching. 
 
“We are very pleased that interest in our product continues to escalate so rapidly and has generated back-to-back record quarters despite there being a slow down in real estate across the country” said Stephen Fells, CEO of AgencyLogic.  “Most exciting is that a number of recent events, specifically the acquisition of 123 Main Street and release of our private label software, are still too recent to have affected revenue. As a result, we expect to see even better revenue growth from these sources during the remainder of this year.”
 
“We have always realized that in order to grow, our primary focus has to be on providing Realtors with the most effective methods of marketing a single property. Later this month several enhancements will be released adding to an already feature rich product. This continues to demonstrate that a culture of innovation is at the core of everything we do,” added AgencyLogic CIO, Mark Wayman.
 
PowerSites contain information that buyers are looking for about a particular property – in one Web site. Each PowerSite includes a Web site address e.g., www.123AnySt.com, one year of hosting and tools needed to describe the property in detail.
