RISMEDIA, August 21, 2007—Realogy Corporation has announced that Marie R. Armenio has joined the company as senior vice president of human resources effective Monday. In her new role, Armenio will develop human resources strategies, policies and practices that complement the Company’s structure and culture. Realogy has 15,000 employees worldwide.

“As we focus on determining the most effective and efficient overall structure for Realogy’s human resources organization, we sought a proven human resources leader known for being a driving force in organizational design and strategy,” said Dave Weaving, chief administrative officer of Realogy Corporation. “Marie’s prior broad experience across multiple human resources functions at major corporations will guide us in establishing best HR practices as our company continues to evolve.”

Armenio spent the past 23 years in key HR roles with Novartis, Becton Dickinson, and Wyeth. In her most recent role at Novartis Consumer Health, Armenio was head of Human Resources overseeing HR initiatives of a newly created cross-business unit, cross-function matrix organization that delivered double-digit sales growth to the division.

She previously held senior HR roles for Becton Dickinson and served as an executive coach and mentor to newly appointed senior leaders, among her other accomplishments in HR acquisition transition, and corporate benefits and compensation. She had notable achievements early in her HR career at Wyeth, where she was credited for redesigning the payroll function and delivery through an integrated HRIS system. Armenio has an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a B.S. in Psychology and Business Management from the University of Scranton, and she is lifetime certified as a Senior Professional, Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resources Management.
