The brokerage, which will be renamed RE/MAX City and Suburban, is owned by Charles Boland, a Realtor with more than 40 years experience in Philadelphia.
RE/MAX City and Suburban will continue to be located at 6701 Roosevelt Boulevard and will have nearly 50 affiliated agents.
