Keller Williams’ New Luxury Home Program Partners with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing

October 4, 2007
Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, Oct. 5, 2007-Keller Williams has selected The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing to offer training and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation to agents participating in the new national Keller Williams Luxury Homes Program.

“The Institute’s two-day training provides insights into the luxury buyers and sellers’ special needs and offers strategies for marketing upper tier properties, while the CLHMS designation is an indication that a real estate agent has met stringent performance standards in the upper tier residential market,” says Dee Shultz, a top Keller Williams agent involved in the development of the new KW Luxury Homes division.

“Encouraging agents in our new Luxury Homes division to earn the designation will help them polish their skills and provide marketplace credibility,” said Shultz.

According to the company, Keller Williams’ Luxury Homes agents who complete The Institute’s two-day training will become members of The Institute and be able to take advantage of a variety of products and services designed to help them be more successful in the luxury market. Those who also have a track record of success can earn the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation for enhanced credibility in the international luxury market.

“Partnering with Keller Williams to bring the training and the CLHMS designation to their agents just as the company rolls out its new national Luxury Homes program is an opportunity we are excited about,” said Institute founder Laurie Moore-Moore. “A luxury home marketing system plus associate training and the credibility of a special designation are powerful success tools for Keller Williams’ associates who target the fine homes and estates market.”

The Keller Williams Luxury Homes program, unveiled earlier this month, is designed to assist Keller Williams’ associates in listing and marketing high-end luxury homes. The Keller Williams Luxury Homes program offers associates special signage and extensive marketing tools. The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing offers its training and designation to real estate professionals regardless of affiliation. The Institute’s CLHMS designation is the official designation for several national real estate brands. The Institute has thousands of members on four continents.
