RISMEDIA, Oct. 9, 2007-Realty Impact Marketing-San Diego (RIM-SD), a San Diego-based technology marketing company, was awarded two Real Estate Standard of Excellence WebAwards from The Web Marketing Association for Web site projects developed for clients Ranch Properties West Realty, and Maxine and Marti Gellens of Prudential California Realty.
Now in its 11th year, the WebAwards is the premier annual Web site award competition for Web site development. More than 2,400 sites from 40 countries were adjudicated in 96 industry categories during this year’s competition. Entries were judged on design, copy writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, and use of technology.
Founded in 2003, RIM-SD is a technology marketing company that develops marketing programs and technological support for real estate professionals and consumers.
Specializing in the luxury real estate market, RIM-SD clients include real estate agents, brokers and developers.
“Our job is to develop WebTV commercials, which we then stream to the Web, to help our clients showcase properties, their company and even themselves,” said Dave Lyons, a partner in the RIM-San Diego office. “We can produce a marketing piece for any company who wants to tell their own story, all within a five minute Web video.”
RIM-SD, along with Ranch Properties West Realty, received the Outstanding Achievement in Web Site development award in the real estate broker site category for www.RanchPropertiesWest.com, a WebTV site developed for Dave Henderson, the broker and principal of Ranch Properties West Realty. The company utilized RIM to develop a Web site that would showcase video, photo and virtual tours of their property listings.
RIM-SD, along with Maxine and Marti Gellens, received the Outstanding Achievement in Web site development award in the real estate top producer category for http://www.gellenshomepreviews.com/, a Web TV site designed on behalf of Realtors Maxine and Marti Gellens, the number one Prudential California Realty Agents in San Diego County in 2006 and ranked number six among Prudential agents in the country for 2007.
The Gellens’ utilized RIM to develop the site to showcase their luxury property listings in La Jolla, Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe. As early adopters of technology, the Gellens have found their WebTV site from RIM-SD to be very effective for their business.
