Jon Lahey’s personal philosophy is to serve big, change lives and make a difference. He left his position as a top agent with a franchise brand in 2021 and moved to eXp Realty in order to reach international markets, continue to grow his business and provide expanded opportunities for agents.

Reaching ICON Agent status less than six months after joining the company, Lahey and his team expanded their reach across the United States in several competitive markets and broke their previous revenue records this past year.

“Success is not measured by the number of homes you sell, but the lives you change,” says Lahey. “To be a part of a major chapter in someone’s life story is what makes my career so fulfilling. I’m proud of where I have led my team, and the trajectory of our growth has no sign of slowing down.”
