With the right team, the right timing, and the dedication and vision of leadership, nothing is impossible. In 2021, Steve Thompson provided all these things and—maybe more impressively—maintained them through a tremendously unpredictable 12 months.

Leading research and development efforts addressing incredibly broad, persistent challenges presented to him and his team, Thompson, in a word, triumphed. One particular accomplishment this year was a year-long project combining a plethora of complex data problems that resulted in Thompson and his team presenting a robust solution for real estate website syndication—something he says he is “particularly proud of.” No matter what the need was or how it was presented, Thompson found himself up to the task this year, molding technology and providing the kind of innovative solutions the tribulations of 2021 required.

“Together, there’s no challenge we can’t overcome,” he says.
