RISMEDIA, Dec. 3, 2007-Employee Transfer Corporation (ETC) announces that Charles “Chip” Roach Jr., longtime broker and former owner of Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors, has been named the Broker of Record for ETC.
Roach, of Philadelphia, was inducted into the Worldwide ERC Hall of Leaders as one of three inductees for 2007. This elite membership recognition program is comprised of individual members whose lifetime contributions to ERC and the relocation business-community have been most distinguished and noteworthy. He is one of only 18 (out of more than 1 million) Realtors to hold this award.
Roach’s industry positions have included officerships in four major referral networks. He earned his CRP designation in 1993. He is on the Board of Directors of the Employee Relocation Council’s (ERC) Coalition and Foundation, as well as director of the National Association of Realtors and is Chairman of the Board of his regional MLS (TReND). Roach is a third-generation REALTOR® and has worked in the industry for more than 40 years.
