Jeb Griffin
Director of Strategy and Innovation
National Association of REALTORS®

Overview

There’s no denying that tech and innovation will continue to shape and evolve real estate. While this mindset accelerated during the pandemic, it’s been a long time coming for real estate professionals. Technology has, once and for all, become a necessity, not a perk.

For Jeb Griffin, unpacking how technology is helping professionals navigate a significantly disrupted real estate ecosystem comes with his job description as director of strategy and innovation for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). In this interview, conducted live at the RISMedia booth during the November 2021 National NAR Conference & Expo in San Diego, Griffin provides insights into which tech trends are poised to change the game of real estate. He also discusses how agents and brokers should plan to incorporate tech and innovation into their companies and teams.

Interview highlights:

0:36 – 2022 tech trends agents and brokers should watch
2:12 – Will artificial intelligence become more critical in real estate?
3:41 – The crucial aspect of any tech stack moving forward
5:32 – How to get agents to buy into your new tools
