Three Industry Leaders Join Clareity Ventures Inc. Board of Directors

RISMEDIA, Jan. 9, 2008-In support of Clareity Ventures and Clareity Security’s on-going growth initiatives, the company recently added three prominent directors to its Board of Directors. David Charron, president and CEO of Metropolitan Regional Information Services, Inc., Perry Evans, the founding president of MapQuest Publishing Group and current CEO of Local Matters Inc. and Tom Stevens, senior vice president of Business Development for NRT and Immediate Past President of the National Association of Realtors were appointed to Clareity Security’s Board of Directors in late 2007.

David Charron has served as president and chief executive officer of MRIS since January 2001. He has an extensive background in real estate, information systems, and Internet business solutions and is a highly respected leader in the real estate and MLS industries. Charron has managed several organizations that successfully defined, marketed and delivered information systems to Real Estate Professionals. Prior to joining MRIS, David was the President of Net Input, an Internet-based business consulting practice serving Fortune 500 clients., Charron has over 30 years of experience in real estate information software and systems, including 18 years as a senior executive at PRC (Planning Research Corporation) and Interealty.

Perry Evans has served as chief executive officer of Local Matters since 2002. Local Matters is a global provider of Internet, voice and wireless local search technology solutions for local media publishers. Evans previously was chairman and co-founder of Jabber, Inc., an advanced XML-based messaging technology company with Intel Capital and France Telecom as lead investors. He is most recognized for being the founding President of the MapQuest Publishing Group, leading the online business from 1994 through 1997. In 2006, Evans was recognized by Ernst and Young as Software Entrepreneur of the Year for the Rocky Mountain Region.

Tom Stevens is the senior vice president of Business Development for NRT and is recognized as one of the premiere brokers and leaders in the real estate industry. Stevens has held a variety of industry posts throughout his 32-year career including building Coldwell Banker Stevens, the largest Coldwell Banker firm in the Northeast Region. He sold his company to NRT (Cendant) in 2002. Mr. Stevens has served in numerous leadership positions at the local, state and national level culminating as the 2007 President of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the world’s largest trade association with over 1.3 million members.
