Tommy Dunbar

In his 24 years with Old Colony REALTORS®, Tommy Dunbar has grown with new challenges and held a variety of roles. He currently holds the position of executive vice president.

Dunbar has used a combination of creative marketing, new technologies and traditional sales techniques to make the company the largest and most successful real estate brokerage in the region and to help Old Colony remain competitive nationally, even though West Virginia has lower median home values than every other state. Dunbar also led the development of Old Colony’s CORE Values to educate associates and improve recruitment.

Dunbar said he enjoys “working with a team of sales associates and managers that have the tools and ability to adapt to the ever-changing industry.”
