Allison James Estates & Homes Demonstrates Dedication to the Music Education

RISMEDIA, January 9, 2009-Allison James Estates & Homes recently announced their “Music Camp,” a major fund-raising venture to provide schools across the United States with much needed funding to finance music education. Music programs across the nation have been under-valued in recent years, which has led to cuts in, and frequently elimination of vital school music programs.

According to the company, the involvement of young people in a music program helps them become better citizens and promotes self-esteem. Being a part of a school orchestra or choir allows them to experience the satisfaction of working together as a team toward a common goal. Practicing a musical instrument promotes the development of self-discipline and gives students a link to our valuable cultural heritage.

Later this year, the third weekend in September is designated for the National AJI Music Camp Fundraiser. The company says that they encourage their Realtor Associates and Broker Affiliates to host a fundraiser in their community every year.

With dedication and national exposure, Allison James Estates and Homes “Music Camp” will raise millions for the high school music programs in this country.

Allison James Estates & Homes have adopted this great cause because of our belief that the young people of this nation should have the same privileges of past generations.

According to the company, James A. Crumbaugh III, CEO, was in the high school bands as well as all his siblings. His wife Ginger was not only in high school music programs but went on to receive a full music scholarship, and still performs, including being the opening act for Bob Newhart when he passed through Punta Gorda , Florida. G. David Powell, CFO, was also in his high school music programs and still plays daily. Mr. Scott Chamberlin President had quite the college career after having enjoyed his high school music programs. He received a full scholarship at an all female college, because the college needed 4 men in their theater program. He and his wife went on to star at the Old Globe Theater in San Diego, and they still perform on a regular basis.

So, the company says, to say that music has played a significant role in the stockholders and officers of Allison James Estates & Homes would be an understatement.

As Allison James Estates & Homes continues to grow, the company hopes to raise millions of dollars every year for the local high school music programs.
