How to Manage Member Posts
The Top 5 Community on RealTown provides you with several ways to easily manage how you receive notification of Top 5 Member posts.
Log on to the Top 5 Community (http://www.realtown.com/rismedia/groups/top-5), and under the “My RealTown” menu on the right, select “My Groups.” Next to “Top 5 Member Community” you will see several icons under “Actions.” Select the fourth icon from the left to “Edit Subscription.” Under the drop-down menu, “E-mail Delivery” you can select:
– “Individual Messages,” where all member posts are e-mailed to you when they are submitted
– “Daily Digest,” where you receive one e-mail every 15 posts, with those posts included for your review.
– You may also select “both Individual and Daily Digest,” or “None,” to only view posts once you decide to log on.
You can also set the limit of e-mails you choose to receive daily from “Unlimited” to 10, 20 or 30. Click “Submit” once you are satisfied with your delivery options.
We are also currently working on a feature that will automatically update your Resource Center profiles (manage.Top5inRealEstate.com) to your Top 5 Forum profiles on RealTown. In the meantime, please take a moment to make sure your profile page on the Forum is complete and up-to-date so that fellow members can learn more about you.
