One Year Later, Have New Policies Around Commissions Affected Your Bottom Line?

Just under 12 months ago, compensation offers were largely removed from the MLS, and all buyer agents were required to sign a contract before touring homes. As the industry adapts, RISMedia is excited to announce that we have once again teamed up with a leading market research firm to dive deep into real estate compensation, and offer an independent, data-based analysis of how (or if) compensation has changed since the settlement, to help you understand the next era of real estate.

However, we cannot do it alone! We are calling on our readership of agents and commission-earning brokers to spend 10 minutes to complete a fully anonymous and confidential survey.

The questions will cover commission structure, broker fees, bonuses, caps, contracts and just about everything else affecting real estate compensation. We will publish the results of the study in September, providing real answers to the most urgent questions facing the industry.
