UtahRealEstate.com (URE) has released a new AI-powered voice search feature available within its MLS software and on its consumer-facing website. The update adds voice-activated search functionality to the platform’s existing tools for listing discovery and property data access.
The voice search feature, built using Model Context Protocol technology, allows users to speak natural-language search queries, which the system converts into structured listing searches and MLS reports using URE’s property database. According to the company, the system can interpret conversational commands and process edits or corrections made mid-query, translating them into standard MLS search criteria.
“UtahRealEstate.com is one of the first MLSs to deliver advanced, AI-driven voice search capabilities, giving both members and consumers a faster and more intuitive way to find listings. For the millions of consumers who visit our website, we now provide one of the easiest and most seamless methods to search for properties,” says Brad Bjelke, CEO of UtahRealEstate.com. “This is just the beginning for our company in the AI space, and we intend to launch a number of tools in 2026 to transform how the public and our real estate professional members search and receive data on properties.”
