Gabby Maddox Davis has made history as the youngest and first Black operating partner in the Keller Williams Southeast region, transforming KW West Atlanta into a national model for rapid expansion. Since taking the helm of the franchise, Davis has led the market center to become the number one office for net growth across all of Keller Williams International. Her strategic leadership enabled the office to achieve profitability within its first 90 days and scale to nearly 400 agents in less than two years. This trajectory is bolstered by her dual role as founder of The GM Team, where she has consistently ranked in the top 5% of the Atlanta Realtors® Association for over a decade.

Davis’s impact is rooted in her commitment to wealth-building and servant leadership, specifically focusing on providing opportunities for underrepresented communities. In 2025, she further expanded her influence by launching a leadership and lifestyle podcast and championing initiatives that support agent education and professional accountability throughout the region.
