Frank DeRonja demonstrated future-focused leadership throughout 2025, guiding Corcoran DeRonja Real Estate to overcome a flat market and industry disruptions, leading to one of its top three years ever in both units and sales volume. By staying grounded in fundamentals such as communication, trust and relationship-building, DeRonja reinforced a resilient brokerage model built for long-term success.

As principal broker and owner, DeRonja balances innovation with a people-first philosophy, prioritizing agent support and client experience at every level. His leadership extends well beyond his brokerage. In 2025, he served as president-elect of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®, where he helped shape a forward-looking three-year strategic plan for more than 10,000 members. At the same time, as chair of the REALTOR® Political Action Committee, he advocated for policies that protect private property rights and strengthen the future of the profession.

DeRonja’s influence includes serving on the board of Doorify MLS, where he contributed to the evolution of a more adaptive, data-driven platform designed to better serve subscribers across expanding markets.
