Rich DeNicola is driving a strategic evolution at Anywhere Integrated Services by unifying title and brokerage operations under a single, streamlined infrastructure. A 20-year veteran of Anywhere, DeNicola stepped into his role as executive vice president of Integrated Operations in early 2025, bringing a cross-disciplinary perspective honed through leadership roles at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and ERA. In this capacity, he oversees transaction management and agent onboarding, facilitating management for over 700 offices nationwide—with a focus on digitizing workflows to remove friction for agents and consumers alike.

In 2025, DeNicola led the strategic unification of Anywhere’s brokerage and title businesses, simplifying workflows and aligning service lines to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience. He has successfully integrated generative AI into core operational functions to automate manual tasks and improve data accuracy, leading to faster, more reliable closings. Beyond his operational achievements, DeNicola is a longstanding mentor within the organization and a 20-year volunteer firefighter, having served as chief of his local department.
