Kaylin Pound

Kaylin Pound, a 45-year veteran of the real estate industry, continues to exemplify leadership through resilience and profound community service. As senior vice president and regional manager for the Northwest Region at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, Pound oversees operations for the 575 North and North Georgia offices. In 2025, her impact reached a new milestone with the launch of The Moving Forward Group, a specialized support network she founded to provide a safe space for real estate professionals navigating the loss of a spouse or partner.

Pound’s dedication to advocacy was recognized this past year with the President’s Award from the Cherokee Board of Realtors®, where she served as a local director. Her commitment to philanthropy is equally significant; she co-led efforts during the Momentum ’25 conference in Asheville, North Carolina, helping raise funds to provide over 20,000 meals for families displaced by Hurricane Helene. A devoted supporter of the Sunshine Kids Foundation, she also continued her work on the Bartlett and Barney children’s coloring book to benefit children with cancer.
