As EVP, Murphy focuses on driving execution that supports growth across the Michael Saunders family of companies, including brokerage operations and ancillary services. In 2025, he also rolled out new tools and programs designed to elevate agent productivity, leadership development and client service, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to excellence in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
