PropStream, in collaboration with LoanGeek, will host a live webinar aimed at helping real estate professionals better navigate today’s evolving lending landscape and identify effective funding strategies.
The session, “Funding Made Simple: Loan Options for Your Next Deal,” will focus on simplifying financing options and helping agents, investors and other real estate professionals bridge the gap between identifying opportunities and securing capital.
The webinar comes as higher interest rates and tighter lending standards continue to reshape the financing environment, making access to capital a key challenge for many in the industry. The one-hour virtual event will take place Tuesday, May 19 at 3:00 p.m. ET (12:00 p,m, PT) via Zoom and is open to agents, investors, wholesalers and other real estate professionals.
Speakers include PropStream representatives Eddie Arguelles, product specialist, Jessica Richardson, head of Industry Relations, as well as LoanGeek’s Scott Kronzek, director of Partnerships and Sierra Johnson, team lead and senior advisor.
The session will cover current lending conditions, common financing options and practical considerations for selecting the right funding strategy. Topics will include short-term financing such as hard money and bridge loans, long-term options like debt-service coverage ratio (DSCR) loans and flexible solutions including HELOCs and refinance strategies.
The webinar will also highlight how PropStream and LoanGeek aim to streamline the process from deal discovery to funding by integrating data insights with access to multiple lending options. A live product demonstration will walk attendees through a real-world scenario, showing how a property can be analyzed and connected to finance solutions.
The session will conclude with a live Q&A, allowing attendees to ask questions and explore specific scenarios. Attendees will also have access to a limited-time incentive, with select participants eligible to receive reimbursement for an appraisal after closing a loan through LoanGeek, subject to terms and conditions.
