RISMEDIA, October 28, 2010—planetRE, a technology provider for online real estate, is now integrated with the Intuit Partner Platform and available in the Intuit App Center, providing thousands of real estate brokers with a powerful browser-based financial management solution that seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks. planetRE Money adds a critical element of independence to these brokerages that have been kept hostage for decades with outdated and broken back-office technology.

planetRE Money is a vital operational tool for real estate brokerages of any size looking to cut spending and increase efficiency.

“Real estate brokers and agents need a quick and easy way to look behind the numbers in their business—and then make smart business decisions,” said Subrao Shenoy, CEO of planetRE. “A brokerage is a business, and as a business operator, I need information on demand that lets me quickly decide how I can better manage expenses, see my pipeline, and see who and what is leading my productivity. There is tremendous business intelligence in a broker’s financial records. Combined with the critical financial data from QuickBooks, planetRE can give a broker the fast and clear access they need.”

“planetRE will offer real estate brokers using QuickBooks a strong, Web-based solution to manage their business,” said Alex Chriss, director of the Intuit Partner Platform. “We work hard to find quality products that help businesses grow, and are excited to add planetRE Money to our ecosystem of connected apps for small businesses.”

According to Nancy Quinn, president and CEO of Prudential Prime Properties, “Prudential Prime Properties recently converted our reporting systems to planetRE in order to provide easy integration of our accounting and financial functions. We are thrilled that planetRE now seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks.”

“We have real estate franchises around the world and QuickBooks is one of the most widely used accounting software applications for small businesses,” said Karen Dunham, chief financial officer for Realty Executives International, Inc. “Now, with our partnership with planetRE, our 11,000 real estate agents can seamlessly integrate their QuickBooks accounting data into a financial and transaction management solution that is specifically designed to best support real estate businesses.”

“Teles Properties, has always been at the leading edge of deploying the most advanced technology solutions within the real estate industry and has recognized planetRE as the only system in the marketplace that has successfully integrated transaction management with the backend of QuickBooks to serve our accounting requirements”, said Peter Loewy, CEO, Teles Properties, a Beverly Hills-based real estate brokerage firm.

planetRE Money enables brokerages through a browser-agnostic interface to perform all accounting functions, review financial reports, handle the most complex and varying sales compensation and commission plans, check their pipeline and handle all AP/AR duties including agent invoicing, without software to install and through a single sign on with QuickBooks. Any brokerage can sign up and subscribe at prices starting at $248 per month by visiting the Intuit App Center.
