RISMEDIA, November 15, 2010—Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC announced that David Winans Real Estate, which serves the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, has joined its franchise brand network. The brokerage, which will operate as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate David Winans & Associates, adds four offices and a strong North Texas presence to the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network, the company reports.

“David Winans and his team have created an entirely new playing field for his real estate agents by embracing new tools and social media,” said Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. “We are proud to count his firm among our network of innovative brokers who are challenging the status quo in a difficult environment and continually aspiring to define the Next Generation Brokerage.”

Founded in Dallas, Texas in 1984, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate David Winans & Associates is regularly recognized for its top performance in relocation services and referrals, consistently receiving a 98% customer service rating by independent standard-bearer Quality Service Certification, Inc. The company regularly sponsors community fundraising events and organizations, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Patrick’s Parade of Toys.

“We are focused on innovations that promote the communities we serve and homes we sell,” said broker/owner David Winans. “I can’t think of a better partner than the brand that is leading the next generation of real estate through the latest technologies and advanced agent tools.”

Winans is known for coining the phrase “Texaplex” to highlight the robust economies of Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin and draw attention to the growth opportunities presented despite the economic downturn. An accompanying vignette he produced became a viral video sensation with coverage in The Economist and NBC News.
