Prudential Florida Realty Expands Market Presence in Lee County with Prudential Cole, REALTORS

RISMEDIA, April 26, 2011–Prudential Florida Realty announced two great companies coming together in Lee County as Prudential Cole, REALTORS® and its founders, Brenda Cole and Scoop Cole, joined forces in Cape Coral with Prudential Florida Realty, Real Estate Services.

“Brenda Cole & Company,” originally “Cole Realty Group” since its inception in 1970, was one of the original Prudential Real Estate Affiliates “owner operated” franchises in the country since 1989!

Brenda and Scoop have both been Broker/Owners for over 25 years. Scoop was past President of Cape Coral Association of REALTORS®, just 14 years after his father was President, the only Cape Coral Association of REALTORS® “father/son” presidents. Scoop was also named “REALTOR of the Year” twice and Brenda “REALTOR of the Year” once. They have been awarded Prudential Real Estate’s Top 100 in the country, Chairman Diamond, & Legend award winners.
