RISMEDIA, June 21, 2011–Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty has announced the appointment of three branch managers: Matt Vanacoro to lead its Yorktown office, Richard Mishkin to lead its Scarsdale office and Pat Held to lead its Briarcliff Manor office.
Vanacoro brings 15 years of real estate experience to Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, and was most recently manager of Coldwell Banker’s Croton-on-Hudson office. In his role, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Yorktown office and direct nearly 30 agents at the location. Mishkin has more than two decades of real estate experience and has managed offices for Coldwell Banker in Katonah, N.Y., Somers, N.Y., Wilton, Conn., and New Canaan, Conn., for the last 18 years. In his new role with Rand Realty, Mishkin will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Scarsdale office and direct nearly 20 agents there. A licensed associate broker in New York and Connecticut, Mishkin is a member and past director of the Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing Service, a member of the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service in Conn., and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Connecticut Association of REALTORS® and New York State Association of REALTORS®. Held joined Rand Realty in 2010 as manager of the firm’s Yorktown office. She has 35 years of experience in real estate and specializes in training and developing new agents. In her role as manager of the firm’s Briarcliff Manor office, Held will oversee the day-to-day operations at the branch and will direct more than 35 agents at the office location. A member of the National Association of REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS®, Westchester/Putnam County Board of REALTORS®and Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing Service, Held has been on the Board of Directors of the Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing Service for more than 10 years and served as president of the organization from 2004-2006.
