This year’s designation was awarded to the top 4% of Coldwell Banker companies in closed business during the 2011 calendar year. Coldwell Banker Select has received this exclusive honor for 21 consecutive years.
Owners Sam Rader and Terry Gartside will be personally honored by the top management of Coldwell Banker, including Jim Gillespie, chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC.
