Griesser, President of Fox Roach/Trident, is pleased to announce that Barbara Griest, President of Trident Land Transfer, has been elected as Vice Chairman of Real Estate Service Providers Organization (RESPRO) for 2012. She will become Chairperson in 2013. During her 25 years with Trident Land Transfer, the country’s fifth largest real estate owned title insurance agency and the affiliated title operation for Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, she has managed the Conveyancing Department and three-state title operation. In 2011, Trident Land Transfer closed 10,000 transactions totaling $3.1 billion. Prior to joining Trident she started and ran a mortgage operation for Hoopes, Inc, Better Homes and Gardens located outside of Philadelphia.
Griest is currently a Trident representative on the board of the Real Estate Service Providers Organization and is a member of the Pennsylvania Home Builders Association, the Realty Alliance, and the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Land Title Associations. A licensed title agent in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, she also organized the national annual title meetings for The Realty Alliance Title Affiliates in 2010 and 2011. Griest attended Widener University and West Chester University in Business Administration.
