RISMEDIA, July 12, 2012–Diane Turton, President/Broker-Owner of Diane Turton, REALTORS® announced that Susan Careatti has joined the company as the new manager of the Avon, New Jersey office. She will be working with her sales force to manage existing business and increase market share in Avon and the surrounding towns.
Careatti has been involved in the real estate industry as a broker/agent for the last 20 years. Her real estate accomplishments include consistently winning the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award and finishing in the top 1% of realtors nationwide.
She worked at Diane Turton, REALTORS® from 1996 to 2007, during that time she managed the sale of Essex & Sussex Condominiums in Spring Lake selling 163 condos in less than 9 months along with other notable properties. From May of 2007 until recently Susan worked with a global franchise realtor where she made a name for herself not only as one of the top agents in the company but as a trainer, teacher and mentor to peers in the field. Careatti is also the vice president of the South Monmouth Board of REALTORS® and serves as a director of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®.

Careatti lives with her family in Spring Lake Heights, NJ and is an active member of that community. She has served as Councilwoman for Spring Lake, PTA President of H.W. Mountz Elementary, a Spring Lake Recreation Commissioner, and an active member of the Chamber of Commerce.
