The content covers 110 cities and local areas in 43 counties; including areas that are not technically cities like Buckhead, East Cobb, Towne Lake, North Fulton and more. The New Movers Smart Magazine provides interesting articles about living in these areas plus links to local resources. The magazine also includes “1-click” links to search homes in a specific area.
The New Movers Smart Magazine provides extensive information about 54 public schools systems including elementary schools, middle schools and high schools plus information about charter schools, private schools, child care, homeschooling and colleges & universities. There are links to school ratings, test scores, enrollment, school calendars, lunch menus, sports schedules, bus and transportation, special programs and more, the company stated.
The New Movers Smart Magazine is the first such solution that integrates the latest digital magazine technology with an advanced real estate search. According to the company, New Movers Network and Prudential Georgia Realty have been working together for months to compile over 800 pages of local information and create the framework for the customized searches and other links. Each local area offers a 1-click search to see homes available for sale in a specific area.
Every Prudential Georgia Realty agent will receive their personalized version of New Movers Smart Magazine. For the agent version, every link to search homes is customized for that agent’s real estate search on their website and every lead form will generate a lead to the agent’s email.
