Diane Turton, Realtors Annual Giving Tree Event

RISMEDIA, December 20, 2012–For the 8th year, Diane Turton, Realtors hosted their “Giving Tree Project” for this holiday season. The event ran from November 15^th to December 12th, encouraging agents, staff, friends, and local residents to pick up a tag from one of our 16 offices and purchase a gift for a needy child.  Diane Turton, Realtors sponsored children from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ocean County and Family and Child Services of Long Branch. During the preparation for the event, Hurricane Sandy hit New Jersey. With the devastation of Sandy, Diane Turton, Realtors made sure that additional relief tags were added on these trees for those affected by the storm. “The Giving Tree Project” collected donations ranging from dolls to blankets and from toy cars to kitchen necessities. Diane Turton commented, “The Giving Tree Project is an event that allows us to reflect and be grateful for what we have and give back to our community.” Diane Turton, Realtors would like to thank everyone for their generosity and participation which made “The Giving Tree Project” a major success.
