Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate Strengthens Leadership Team to Meet Market Demands in Portland, Las Vegas and the East Coast

Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate, LLC recently announced three key management changes specifically geared toward strengthening the company’s leadership and supporting its growth in the real estate marketplace. The company has named Larry White vice president of East Coast operations; promoted Charles J. Turner to assistant vice president, broker/manager of its Portland, Oregon office; and promoted Jeffrey T. Bates to manager of the company’s Las Vegas office.

“Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate strives to empower our agents by giving them the guidance and tools they need to provide superior service within their respective markets,” says Wendy Forsythe, executive vice president and head of global operations for Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate. “By providing leadership that is savvy about local market realities in Portland, Las Vegas and the East Coast, we are strengthening our commitment to both the agents in these areas and the clients they serve.”

White, who will assume responsibilities for day-to-day direction of East Coast management teams and agents, has been with the company since April of 2011 and was largely responsible for its consistent, successful growth throughout the state of Nevada. Prior to that, he was vice president of Red Crown Realty, where in only eight months he tripled its number of productive agents, increased agent-generated business by more than 315 percent, and implemented streamlined processes that ensured “distressed” properties were handled in a way that outshined the competition. White is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, the National Association of Realtors, and several other major industry associations. He is also a board member for the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

Turner, who joined the Portland office in November of 2011, was a top producer in 2012, with a sales volume of over $25 million. Before that, he ranked among the top three percent of all Prudential Real Estate agents in the U.S. (2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010), was recognized by RISMedia with a “REALTORS on the Rise” award in 2008, and was celebrated by the Portland Business Journal in 2011.

Bates is an established Las Vegas real estate professional with expertise and education in management and marketing, and is a certified expert in the resolution of distressed properties. From 2009 through 2011, he ranked among the top two percent of all agents in the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® for total closings. Before that, Bates was named New Home Consultant of the Year in 2006 and 2007 for the Las Vegas Region of Lennar Homes.
