Realty ONE Group Expands into San Diego: Three Planned Offices Underscore Desire for Rapid Growth

Realty ONE Group continues its march up and down California with its foray into San Diego, recently announcing Tina King as regional manager. According to the company, she will be responsible for rapidly expanding the company’s footprint in San Diego and will oversee local operations to ensure that Realty ONE Group’s professional standards are upheld across all new branch locations.

“San Diego was our next logical step as we have dominated Orange County,” says Kuba Jewgieniew, CEO and owner of Realty ONE Group. “The market is on fire, and we are confident we will make a major foothold in the area, since agents have been clamoring to join our team.”

Realty ONE Group, No. 7 in REAL Trends’ national rankings and a four-time winner of INC. 500’s fastest-growing company designation, is known for offering “more” to its agents: more technology, more marketing, more education, more support and more compensation.

King, with a stellar reputation as an outstanding professional who has achieved success with brands such as First Team and Keller Williams, was drawn to Realty ONE Group because she found the other real estate models she was familiar with tired and outdated.

Jewgieniew said they are delighted to have King on board. “One of her significant strengths is coaching, and she will be a key part of our efforts to nurture other agents and impact their lives and careers.”

In addition to its company-owned offices, Realty ONE Group has introduced a franchise option to allow like-minded business professionals to take advantage of its proven model. They have opened ten offices since the beginning of the year, but are maintaining a highly selective process for affiliation.

“We received nearly 600 inquiries in six months, an overwhelming amount that proves we have the industry’s attention across the nation,” Jewgieniew says. “Whether through company-owned or franchise offices, Realty ONE Group is looking to the future and entering more markets to disrupt.”
