At the helm of the newly formed brokerage are co-owners John Colarusso, Phoenixville entrepreneur, and leading Phoenixville real estate sales professional, Jennifer Daywalt. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Community Realty will serve the greater Phoenixville area, including Chester, Montgomery and Berks counties.

The brokerage is currently located in the heart of Phoenixville at 221 Bridge Street, 2nd Floor and will relocate to 202 Bridge Street (and Main Street) in spring of 2015. The new location is ideal for walk-in traffic and has full-time staff and sales associates who are eager to offer customer assistance. It will have a Grand Opening celebration in spring 2015, with more details to follow.
