RISMEDIA, July 2, 2015–Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, Florida Title & Guarantee Agency welcomes three new additions to their team.

Jeff Hall has assumed the role of Florida Title & Guarantee Agency Statewide Manager.

“I am honored and excited to join an organization with such a great reputation in the industry and look forward to working with the team to continue to meet and surpass the companies goals and objectives now and in the future,” remarked Hall.

Jeff began his career in 2003 with one of the leading foreclosure law firms in Michigan, Trott & Trott, P.C., working directly with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on loss mitigation pilot programs as well as alternative post sale options such as “Cash for Redemption” program to limit GSE holding time and costs.

Jeff previously worked for NRT / Coldwell Banker REO Division where he oversaw the title vendor management and selection process and programs in South Florida. From there, Jeff joined Fannie Mae in Fort Lauderdale as the REO Asset Manager and Asset Analyst in the National Property Disposition Center where he was charged with the Credit Loss Management Operations.

Most recently Hall served as the Chief Operating Officer for Florida Foreclosure Attorneys (FFA) and FFA Residential – a prominent law firm in Boca Raton.  Hall was also the Director of REO’s where he oversaw the REO, title and post-sale units and was responsible for the timely and efficient conveyance or disposition of bank owned assets and acting as a client resource for alternative disposition programs.

“We are excited to welcome Jeff Hall in his new role with Florida Title & Guarantee Agency as Statewide Manager.  Jeff will be responsible for growth, development, and systems delivery for FTGA,” commented Rose Sheehan.

Jeff is based out of the Real Estate Services / FTGA Sales Support Center in Sunrise and can be reached at JeffHall@FTGAgency.com or 954-509-1426.

Shari Roll has assumed the role of Florida Title & Guarantee Agency East Coast Regional Manager.

“I am excited to join the Florida Title & Guarantee Agency team, and to be affiliated with a Company with such a large operation and outstanding reputation. I look forward to getting to know everyone, one on one, in the coming weeks and applying my knowledge and expertise for the continued growth and betterment of the FTGA Family,” remarked Roll.

Shari has over 23 years in real estate closing and title with experience in both traditional and REO Closings. As part of her previous experience, she has been responsible for managing volume transactions, time frames, training, and best practices.

Shari worked for NRT / Coldwell Banker REO Experts in Fort Lauderdale as the closing coordinator where she was responsible for several title companies’ HUD approvals to ensure timely closings as well as a multitude of related responsibilities including the review of tax documents, utility bills, deeds, and repair approval.  She worked closely with REO clients, internal Asset Managers, Real Estate Sales Professionals and Title companies to coordinate all aspects of a transaction from contract to closing.

After NRT / Coldwell Banker, Shari joined Fannie Mae in Fort Lauderdale where she was responsible for a broad range of highly complex duties related to the sale of real estate owned (REO) properties including valuing, repairing, maintaining, listing, marketing, negotiating offers, selling, and closing of properties. Analyze broker’s price opinions (BPO) and appraisals, Broker Assignment, Market Strategy formulation and monitoring.

Shari was charged with managing, training and developing broker relationships along with coordinating and responding to inquiries and requests from internal staff, mortgage insurance companies, lenders, title companies, attorneys, government offices, and others.

Most recently, Shari was the Retail Operations Manager for FFA Residential, a full service real estate law firm in Boca Raton where she performed all levels of people and vendor management.  She was instrumental in developing new client relationships, growth of staff and file volume.  She contributed to business development and relationship development with local and out of town clients including REO clients, real estate professionals and mortgage professionals.

Shari is also experienced in conducting trainings and seminars for real estate Sales Professionals on title information and procedures related specifically to Fannie and REO files.

“Shari will be an excellent addition to our family of services. She is very knowledgeable and can combine the compliance, customer service, and business development elements for the future growth of the East Coast Title Division,” added Sheehan.
