Overseeing key departments in sales, recruitment and operations, he brings to the table nearly three decades of experience in sales and management, with an impressive 23-year focus on franchise enterprises.

After serving as president and COO of WREA, in 2022, Scavone was promoted to president of Weichert, REALTORS®, solidifying his leadership over Weichert’s two largest residential real estate companies. Under his guidance, the firm experienced significant advancements to Weichert’s marketing and technology infrastructure in 2023, in particular, the establishment of a cutting-edge marketing studio and the successful implementation of a new back-office rollout.
