Buster Levin

In 2021, Buster Levin rebranded from Luxury Tampa Bay Living, a local brand, to Luxury Homes and Living, a national brand. In addition, he achieved a Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist (CLHMS) designation, along with a Million Dollar Guild accreditation.

Levin’s decision to rebrand came after he had already achieved success in several areas. His career has included work as a financial advisor, military relocation specialist and senior real estate specialist. Levin also holds short sale and foreclosure resource certifications and designations.

Despite all of his knowledge and professional accomplishments, Levin believes the key to success is demonstrating concern for others. “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care,” Levin says.
