Gardner REALTORS®

Crystal Gardner-Phillips, vice president of Metairie, La.-based Gardner REALTORS®, oversees business development, marketing and public relations. Furthermore, she believes a home should be a reflection of what a person loves, which is why she and her team created a local blog called New Orleans Lifestyles.

“Helping our REALTORS®, buyers and sellers create the life they love and achieve their goals is a great purpose to wake up to every day,” says Gardner-Phillips. “In the real estate industry, Gardner REALTORS® has enjoyed more than 75 years of success, but we haven’t made it this far to rest on our laurels. We are constantly thinking of ways to be innovative while remaining true to our roots.”

Gardner REALTORS® accomplished a lot in 2019, including winning several awards and launching a new, fully integrated website. One of Gardner-Phillips’ proudest accomplishments of the year was a project that helped transform a former drainage canal in the heart of a Jefferson Parish neighborhood into a family-friendly biking and walking corridor. The company donated 75 Chinese Pistache trees and installed and stocked a Little Free Library along the walkway.

Gardner-Phillips is regarded as a real estate and marketing expert, having spoken at many industry conferences. For her impact in the local business community, she was named a 2017 Woman of the Year and 2019 Real Estate Excellence Professional by CityBusiness. A recipient of the Compassion Award and Saints Community Quarterback Award, Gardner-Phillips also has a passion for helping the homeless and others in need.
