Jennifer Keller

Jennifer Keller has made a lasting influence on Latter & Blum since she joined the company in 2020. After being promoted to director of operations in 2022, she used forward-thinking initiatives instrumental in the onboarding of over 600 agents, helping them successfully adapt to new changes, learn essential tools and technology and offer support in building successful careers. She is responsible for identifying and executing strategies across key departments including education, marketing, leads and operations.
