Joan Docktor

Joan Docktor serves as the president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®. During her tenure, Docktor has been instrumental in the growth and profitability of the company, which is the largest single-market brokerage in the U.S. servicing Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

“While I am proud of my accomplishments in the success and growth of our business, I am perhaps even prouder of the work as vice president of the board of trustees of Fox & Roach/Trident Charities,” says Docktor. “In the past year alone, we donated over $105,000 to Cradles to Crayons for filled backpacks and supplies for the entire school year and more than 2,200 backpacks filled by our very own offices and departments. This will help so many deserving, underserved children be ready for school!”

In addition to serving as president of the firm, Docktor currently serves on several boards, including at Bright Multiple Listing Service and NAR’s 2020 Real Estate Services Advisory Group. Docktor has received numerous awards, including a Helena Devereux Women in Leadership Award and Smart CEO’s Brava Award, among others.
