Jorge Guerra is broker/owner of Florida-based Real Estate Sales Force (RESF), as well as a highly regarded keynote speaker who promotes innovation. Guerra founded RESF in 2005 and has been responsible for its strategic direction and growth ever since, leading the brokerage’s expansion to over 450 agents with offices throughout South Florida. 

In 2019, Guerra was honored to be elected 2020 chairman of the board for the Miami Association of REALTORS®, selected as 2019 REALTOR® of the Year among 50,000 members and nominated as 2021 Global Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS® as part of NAR 2019 First Vice President Charlie Oppler’s cabinet. He and RESF also won several industry awards.

Guerra has been recognized as a forward-thinking real estate expert as it pertains to digital marketing, serving as a keynote speaker at a number of national and international high-profile industry events. He delivers a fast-paced snapshot with a blend of humorous anecdotes and solid selling principles that reflects the accelerated industry of today.

Guerra strives to stay on top of emerging trends impacting the future of real estate. For example, RESF started filming walk-through videos of its agents’ listings back in 2007. Guerra’s use of social media, HD virtual walk-throughs, aerial videos and grassroots branding campaigns have received national acclaim and helped the brokerage thrive in this competitive market.
