In 2020, amid the uncertainty of COVID-19, he helped pivot the communication schedule for the company, holding webinars to provide agents and homeowners with relevant information, helping them understand the climate in real-time.
“Whether it’s leading a franchise, or just starting in your sales business, I think fear makes us hesitate and not follow through,” he says. “If someone can have the courage to consistently take action in the face of that fear in this industry, they can have success. It’s okay to be afraid, just move forward with what you’ve set your mind to anyway.”
