Kendall E. Bonner, Esq. is a licensed Florida attorney and broker/owner of RE/MAX Capital Realty in Tampa, Fla., striving to inspire agents to be the best versions of themselves and live more abundantly.
In 2019, Bonner was listed among the top RE/MAX broker/owners, launched a podcast for real estate professionals to learn and grow their business, and served as a guest speaker at the RE/MAX R4 convention and RE/MAX Broker/Owner Conference.
Furthermore, Bonner collaborated with real estate professionals Teresa Rogers and Ann Carlson to co-author the recently published book “So… You Think You Want to Be A Real Estate Agent?” Their goal was to educate future and newly licensed agents, as well as homebuyers and sellers, about what agents do, what they encounter daily and financial aspects associated with a real estate career. It was also written to be entertaining to the seasoned agent who can relate to their stories and feelings.
Bonner, who has been practicing law since 2003, found her true passion in helping others buy and sell real estate. She believes her legal background has given her a unique advantage over her colleagues due to her training and skills in contract writing, negotiation and problem-solving. Bonner also notes that her company was one of the first RE/MAX brokerages to embrace and invest in the RE/MAX Momentum development system, which enabled her to be coached by David Scott, creator of the system.
Bonner follows the motto, “Got GRIT? Greatness is a Result of Intentional Tenacity!”
